Procuro o sentido do que me digo numa redoma onde guardo as memórias frágeis de séculos passados. A corrente que embala os dias de hoje vem de muito longe... na nascente, encontro uma melodia familiar, ainda longínqua, mas com um leve sabor a casa, a resguardo.
Agarro a melodia que teima esfumar-se em recortes de manhãs pautadas pelo som de tempos idos. Deixo-me envolver e abraço o sentido melódico, o agora assim me pede e eu, obediente, sigo as suas instruções. Rodopio na corrente onde piso sempre as mesmas pedras para não cair, estão gastas à força de tanto as usar. E ainda uma certa palavra cantada numa melodia familiar e repetida, em pequenos círculos que se alargam nas águas...
Nas mãos molhadas descubro sílabas que se juntam e formam uma palavra, de ontem, que afinal é também a de hoje. Uma memória vaga em forma de cadela dá-me uma lambidela e segue correndo sem olhar para trás. Um gira-discos espera que lhe baixe a agulha e, num volume acima do normal, solta palavras familiares que dançam na memória de outros séculos. Ontem e hoje ligados pelos círculos que se alargam nas águas ao som abafado do disco antigo.
Procuro o sentido do que me digo nesta redoma onde protejo as memórias frágeis de séculos passados. E sempre a melodia familiar e repetida, em pequenos círculos que se alargam nas águas e me devolvem a certeza dos meus passos. Como uma bússola, a palavra, sempre a mesma palavra, que ao fundo oiço cantada, e me orienta desde ontem, por hoje dentro e ainda amanhã.
